Cancellation.

Built on demand.

Each BFM garment is built on demand specifically for your order. Production is scheduled once your order is confirmed, so voluntary cancellation is not available. This does not affect remedies for defects, BFM errors or shipping delays, or rights required by applicable law.

Shipping delays.

If we cannot ship by the stated date, we will contact you with revised information and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a refund. We will request your agreement to a delay where required.
