Using the service.

Use accurate information and place an order only if you can enter the transaction under applicable law or have the required authorization. Available delivery destinations are shown during checkout.

Product information.

BFM garments are built on demand. Each product page states the garment specifications, origin information and size measurements available for that product. Images labelled AI editorial are representations; review the product description and product photographs for the garment offered.

Price, payment and acceptance.

The price of each product is shown on its product page. Currency, applicable taxes, shipping and the total due are shown before payment. Review your selected size, delivery details and order summary. Payment authorization is distinct from confirmed payment and from production. Orders remain subject to availability, validation and payment review; receipt of an order does not override those checks. If an order cannot be accepted, BFM will explain its payment and refund status.

Numbered editions.

Some BFM releases are numbered editions with their own published rules. Those rules are shown with the edition when it is available and apply in addition to these terms.

Production and availability.

Each accepted order enters production individually. The garment will not be replaced automatically with a different blank. If the selected configuration becomes unavailable, BFM will contact you about the available resolution.

Size and Final Sale.

Review the size guide and the stated measurement information before selecting. Voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or a subjective preference within the published specifications are not offered. The BFM Quality Guarantee and rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Shipping and cancellation.

Production, ship-by and carrier transit are separate stages. The Shipping and Cancellation policies explain delays and requests. Contact BFM promptly about address errors, missing parcels or delivery exceptions; we will review the shipment and applicable rights. Voluntary cancellation is not available once your order is confirmed; shipping delays, defects and BFM errors are handled under those policies.

Quality and support.

The Returns & Quality policy covers review of defects, incorrect items and other quality issues. BFM handles customer support even where a provider performs production or delivery. Supplier credit does not establish a customer refund.

Payments and misuse.

Use an authorized payment method and accurate information. Orders with inconsistent payment or fraud information may be held for review. Any rejection, cancellation or refund is handled according to the order's verified state and applicable rights.

Intellectual property.

BFM branding, artwork and site content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Purchasing a garment does not transfer rights to reproduce those materials.

Applicable rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The quality and support processes do not waive mandatory consumer protections.
