How do I choose my size?
Lay a similar garment that fits you flat, measure its chest width and body length, and compare them with the size information on the product page before ordering.
Can I return it or exchange sizes?
Each BFM is made specifically for your order, so voluntary cancellations aren’t available once your order is confirmed, and we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size selected incorrectly or a subjective preference within the stated specifications. Check the size guide before choosing. BFM Quality Guarantee and rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
What if there is a defect?
Contact BFM Support with your order number, a short description and photographs of the issue. Most cases are resolved from photographs; please do not send the item back unless we ask you to. A confirmed manufacturing defect is resolved with a replacement of the same item or a refund to your original payment method. Start a quality enquiry.
How is shipping calculated?
This store delivers to eligible addresses in the United States. Shipping is calculated from the total weight of your order and shown before payment, together with any applicable taxes. An order can include up to 10 items.
How do I track my order?
