Information and purposes.

When you join the waitlist, we use your email address and recorded consent to manage access updates and your communication choices. Joining does not reserve a garment or number. When you place an order, Shopify processes the contact, delivery, order and payment information needed to provide checkout and order services. We use order references and payment status for order review, edition capacity, number assignment, fulfillment and reconciliation.

Customer support uses the information you provide to answer questions and assess an order or quality issue. Product or packaging photographs should show only what is needed to understand the issue. Avoid including unrelated personal information. We retain operational records needed to trace order events and prevent duplicate processing.

Service providers and sharing.

Information needed to operate the service is shared with the providers identified below for their stated purposes. Production and shipping require the order configuration and delivery details relevant to fulfillment; support and payment processing use the information required for their respective services.

Shopify — storefront and checkout.
Stripe — payment processing.
Apliiq — production and delivery.
Cloudflare — infrastructure and security.
UOL Mail Pro — email support.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement through Meta Pixel and Conversions API, subject to your privacy choices.

Cookies, analytics and choices.

Essential storefront functions support navigation and checkout. Optional analytics or marketing technologies require the applicable consent controls. Communication choices can be changed through the unsubscribe instructions in marketing messages. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary order communications.

Retention and minimization.

We limit information to what is needed for the stated purposes. Retention depends on the record's purpose and applicable obligations.

Your rights and requests.

Contact BFM at support@bfm01.com about access, correction or deletion requests and the rights applicable to your information. Order and shipping notifications are sent from orders@bfm01.com. We may need information sufficient to verify a request and protect the record concerned.
